We’re looking for a Service Coordinator — the ultimate multitasker who keeps the trains running on time, the techs on task, and the clients feeling cared for. You’ll be the hub of our service wheel: connecting customers, technicians, and the occasional caffeinated project manager, all while keeping a smile on your face and an eye on what’s coming next.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first friendly voice our clients hear, answering phones and helping route tickets like a pro.
- Work directly with our technical wizards (a.k.a. techs) to make sure requests are prioritized, scheduled, and completed on time.
- Keep tabs on multiple projects and tickets at once... because you can absolutely walk, talk, and juggle flaming torches at the same time.
- Monitor service boards and dispatch tickets like an air traffic controller (but with fewer blinking lights).
- Anticipate roadblocks before they appear, basically, see around corners like a time-traveling problem-solver.
- Keep communication flowing between clients, techs, and anyone else who needs to stay in the loop.
- Help maintain order in the land of fast-paced tech chaos and maybe crack a joke or two while you’re at it.
