What You’ll Do

You’ll be the guardian of incoming cash flow — ensuring our invoices are accurate, payments are on time, and our clients feel supported every step of the way. Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing the full-cycle Accounts Receivable process from invoice creation to payment posting
• Monitoring customer accounts for overdue payments and sending out friendly (but firm!) reminders
• Reconciling AR accounts and resolving billing discrepancies with both internal teams and customers
• Applying payments accurately and maintaining detailed records of transactions
• Collaborating with our sales and support teams to ensure billing aligns with service delivery
• Preparing AR reports, statements, and aging summaries for management review
• Assisting with month-end close and audit prep
• Contributing to continuous process improvements — because “we’ve always done it that way” isn’t in your vocabulary

What You Bring to the Table

• 4–6 years of solid experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting roles
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR best practices
• Familiarity with accounting software (bonus points if you’ve worked with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar systems)
• Proficiency in Excel 
• Impeccable attention to detail and a love for accuracy
• Excellent communication skills — you’re polite but persistent when it comes to collections
• Ability to work independently but thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment
• A sense of humor and a positive attitude — we take our work seriously, but not ourselves
